- Financial Information: Payment details processed through our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Elavon). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Messages sent through the platform, demo requests, and support inquiries.

- Checkr: Background check services for technologist verification and compliance.
- Resend: Transactional and marketing email delivery.
- Stripe: Payment processing for technologist payouts.
- Elavon: Payment processing for facility invoicing.
Each third-party provider operates under their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- Between Platform Participants: Facility managers can view technologist profiles (credentials, ratings, experience) for shift matching. Technologists can view facility details (address, equipment, site notes) for posted shifts.
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform, as described above.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Credential verification records and timesheet data are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with healthcare industry record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
