• Professional Credentials: ARRT® certifications, BLS credentials, state licenses, modality qualifications, work history, and resume information.
• Facility Information: Facility name, address, imaging department details, modality equipment, and staffing requirements.
• Financial Information: Payment details processed through our third-party payment processors (Stripe and Elavon). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: Messages sent through the platform, demo requests, and support inquiries.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
• Location Data: Approximate location derived from IP address, used for shift matching and distance calculations.

We use the following third-party service providers to operate our platform:

• Checkr: Background check services for technologist verification and compliance.
• Resend: Transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Stripe: Payment processing for technologist payouts.
• Elavon: Payment processing for facility invoicing.

Each third-party provider operates under their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Between Platform Participants: Facility managers can view technologist profiles (credentials, ratings, experience) for shift matching. Technologists can view facility details (address, equipment, site notes) for posted shifts.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform, as described above.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Credential verification records and timesheet data are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with healthcare industry record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and Update: You can access and update your profile information through the platform at any time.

• Opt Out: You can opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
